Unfortunately there are women in my life that have had to deal with this disease. My mother being one of them. I lost her to this awful disease 20 years ago. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of her still. A sweet lady, that I work with, has survived it for well, I don't know how many years. Thank goodness. And finally, my best friend is another survivor. Again, I say Thank goodness. I don't know what I would do without her in my life. And although we talk about everything (and I do mean everything), this is a subject that is taboo. I don't know why. I hope she knows that I care about her dearly and if ever she wanted to talk, I am there for her.

I hope you like my card.

Thanks for stopping by.

imagine what you could do...

  2. Sorry to hear about the loss of your mom to this horrible disease.... It also sounds like you have a great friend and I'm sure she knows you'll be her support system if she needs it! :O) Hugs to you both! This is such a great card!:o) Thanks for joining us this week over at Cricut Cardz! :O)
